Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who act as merchant of record. Their terms also apply to the payment itself.
You give us an API endpoint, credentials to call it, and a set of prompts. On a schedule we send those prompts to that endpoint, record the responses, compare them statistically, and email you when the comparison crosses a threshold described on the pricing page.
You may only submit an endpoint you are authorised to call, and credentials you are entitled to use. You are responsible for any usage charges your own provider bills you for the calls we make on your instruction. Do not submit prompts containing personal data, secrets, or anything you are not permitted to share.
This service measures surface form — wording, structure, formatting, refusal behaviour and response validity. It does not reliably detect a change that preserves wording while altering meaning. It is a monitoring aid, not a guarantee of correctness, and it is not a substitute for your own testing. We do not warrant that it will detect every regression, nor that alerts will always be actionable.
No uptime guarantee is offered at this price. If a scheduled run does not happen, we record it and try again. Prolonged failure is grounds for a refund under our refund policy.
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. You may ask us to delete your data at any time and we will do so within 30 days. See the privacy notice.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may change these terms; material changes will be emailed to active subscribers at least 30 days in advance. These terms are governed by Norwegian law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence.
